The fee includes catalogue, partner matching, lunch, refreshments and evening reception.

On receipt of your registration, confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address given. An invoice will be sent via post to the given address unless otherwise stated. Cancellations received before May 16, 2011 are exempt from charges. For later cancellations and for not-attendance, the full amount will be incurred. Substitution of participants is possible according to prior agreement. Bayern Innovativ reserves the right to conduct inevitable programme changes.

We recommend to book as soon as possible, since the fair "Intersolar" is taking place in Munich at this time and all rooms in the city are already booked.
